System Purpose
Fast and Clear Notification
in Emergency Situations

The system is designed for fast and reliable transmission of voice announcements and audio signals during emergency situations.

Designed in accordance with requirements
for voice notification systems:

System Features
Adapt the system to the facility without cable replacement or complex reconfiguration

Digital IP Architecture

Operates within the existing IT environment — Ethernet, VPN, VLAN — without centralized 100 V amplifiers or excessive switching equipment.

Flexible Zone Structure

Scales from 1 to 1,000+ zones without cable replacement or complex reconfiguration.

Redundancy for Critical Components

Supports hot standby for IS-R servers, audio channels, power supply, and network routes.

Alert Scenario Automation

An intelligent engine triggers notifications based on events, schedules, or logical commands.

Multi-Level Monitoring and Diagnostics

The IS-R server registers and monitors devices, diagnoses their status, collects statistics, and maintains event logs. This improves reliability and simplifies fault finding.

Unified Web-Based Management Interface

The system and all connected devices are configured through a user-friendly web interface. This simplifies setup, reduces maintenance time, and lowers staff training requirements.

Key Functions
Automatic notification,
scenario launch,
and real-time control

The system performs the following key functions:

  • Automatic and manual notification of personnel and visitors in emergency situations, including fire, terrorist threat, accident, or other emergency.
  • Instant launch of preconfigured alert scenarios, including by signal from fire alarm, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, or manually via the Dispatcher Operator Workstation.
  • Real-time voice announcements by individual zones, zone groups, or the entire facility.
  • Integration with external security systems using standard protocols such as SIP Trunk and API.
  • Centralized control and monitoring via an operator workstation with remote access capability.
  • Event logging and real-time operational monitoring of all system components.
  • Two-way operational and emergency audio/video communication between the dispatch center and remote facility zones, including workshops, checkpoints, warehouses, and hazardous areas.

System Architecture

IP Network-Based Architecture
for Facilities of Any Scale

The voice notification system is built around an IP network with a central IS-R software and hardware server
and distributed endpoint devices, including IP loudspeakers, intercom devices, controllers, and microphone
stations. This provides scalability, fault tolerance, and flexibility when designing systems for facilities of any scale.

Operator Workstation

Dispatcher Operator Workstation

A graphical operator interface for manual and automatic launch of scenarios across different types of notification and evacuation systems.

It allows the operator to monitor line and equipment status, view event logs, manage system objects including remote sites, and display facility plans and geolocation data.

Emergency Call Columns

FSP / FSP2 Emergency Call Columns

Multifunctional IP devices with an SOS button, built-in HD camera, and climate control. They provide two-way communication between a person in a hazardous area and the dispatcher, and automatically activate notification and video recording when a call is initiated.

Network Audio Amplifiers

RTU Network Audio Amplifiers

Class D IP amplifiers for connecting analog loudspeakers. They provide stable audio signal transmission, support remote configuration, monitoring, and channel redundancy, and are used when additional power is required in specific zones.

IP Loudspeakers

RSH / RPA / RPW
IP Loudspeakers

Addressable voice devices for indoor and outdoor use. They support SIP and Multicast and are powered via PoE / PoE+. Built-in amplifiers provide high volume and sound quality. The loudspeakers are monitored and configured through the IS-R server.

Microphone Station

RMK
Microphone Station

An operator device for manual voice announcement broadcasting. It allows the operator to select zones or groups of zones, initiate announcements, and quickly notify personnel. The station is equipped with a touch panel and a built-in microphone.

Network Emergency Controller

AP-12 Network
Emergency Controller

An alarm input module for external systems such as fire alarm, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and other security systems. It receives discrete signals, converts them into control commands, and launches alert scenarios on the IS-R server. It monitors line status and transmits events to the system.

Streaming and Notification Server

IS-R Streaming
and Notification Server

The central software and hardware module of the system. It is responsible for device registration and addressable monitoring, voice broadcast and scenario control, audio stream routing, diagnostics, logging, and statistics. It ensures high reliability and scalability across the entire system.
