InterTech Communication is a digital public address
and emergency communication system for industrial facilities,
buildings with high occupancy, critical sites, and infrastructure zones.
The system is designed for fast and reliable transmission of voice announcements and audio signals during emergency situations.
Operates within the existing IT environment — Ethernet, VPN, VLAN — without centralized 100 V amplifiers or excessive switching equipment.
Scales from 1 to 1,000+ zones without cable replacement or complex reconfiguration.
Supports hot standby for IS-R servers, audio channels, power supply, and network routes.
An intelligent engine triggers notifications based on events, schedules, or logical commands.
The IS-R server registers and monitors devices, diagnoses their status, collects statistics, and maintains event logs. This improves reliability and simplifies fault finding.
The system and all connected devices are configured through a user-friendly web interface. This simplifies setup, reduces maintenance time, and lowers staff training requirements.
IP Network-Based Architecture
for Facilities of Any Scale
The voice notification system is built around an IP network with a central IS-R software and hardware server
and distributed endpoint devices, including IP loudspeakers, intercom devices, controllers, and microphone
stations. This provides scalability, fault tolerance, and flexibility when designing systems for facilities of any scale.
A graphical operator interface for manual and automatic launch of scenarios across different types of notification and evacuation systems.
It allows the operator to monitor line and equipment status, view event logs, manage system objects including remote sites, and display facility plans and geolocation data.
Multifunctional IP devices with an SOS button, built-in HD camera, and climate control. They provide two-way communication between a person in a hazardous area and the dispatcher, and automatically activate notification and video recording when a call is initiated.
Class D IP amplifiers for connecting analog loudspeakers. They provide stable audio signal transmission, support remote configuration, monitoring, and channel redundancy, and are used when additional power is required in specific zones.
Addressable voice devices for indoor and outdoor use. They support SIP and Multicast and are powered via PoE / PoE+. Built-in amplifiers provide high volume and sound quality. The loudspeakers are monitored and configured through the IS-R server.
Compact vandal-resistant panels for two-way communication between remote facility zones and the control room. They support duplex audio transmission, include call buttons and status indicators, and are used at checkpoints, security posts, and production areas.
An operator device for manual voice announcement broadcasting. It allows the operator to select zones or groups of zones, initiate announcements, and quickly notify personnel. The station is equipped with a touch panel and a built-in microphone.
An alarm input module for external systems such as fire alarm, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and other security systems. It receives discrete signals, converts them into control commands, and launches alert scenarios on the IS-R server. It monitors line status and transmits events to the system.
The central software and hardware module of the system. It is responsible for device registration and addressable monitoring, voice broadcast and scenario control, audio stream routing, diagnostics, logging, and statistics. It ensures high reliability and scalability across the entire system.
The central core of the notification and evacuation system.
A graphical operator interface for manual and automatic launch of scenarios across different types of notification and evacuation systems.
Ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted, and horn-type devices. Addressable, configurable, and monitored endpoints with a built-in Class D amplifier and PoE / PoE+ power support. Communication protocols: SIP and Multicast; HD voice support
