System Monitoring

Monitor the status of your public address communication system in real time.

Benefits of InterTech Communication PA/VA System Monitoring

Situational Awareness and Incident Management

All up-to-date information on system device status, IS-R hardware and software servers, active broadcasts, emergency notifications and system events is displayed on the Dispatcher Workstation screen.
Video verification of emergency events and fire alarms is supported.

Incident Card

Information about an incoming event, such as Fire or Antiterror, is displayed in a dedicated window together with step-by-step instructions, a map and floor plans of the site, controls for contacting emergency services, and tools for launching emergency notification scenarios.

Decision Support

The action plan provides the operator with step-by-step instructions tailored to the incident type, threat level and internal procedures, while tracking completion of each required action.

Site Directory

Supports monitoring of sites equipped with fire alarm transmission systems of any type. Site plans and GIS coordinates can be uploaded. The system automatically monitors fire alarm status and sends fault notifications to the dispatcher console.
Civil defense, emergency and antiterror voice messages can be launched remotely at the monitored site from the monitoring center via the Dispatcher Workstation.

How System Monitoring Works

Install the IS-R hardware and software servers and the Dispatcher Workstation at the monitoring center.

Configure and connect the on-site equipment and communication links.

Monitor and manage the site through the Dispatcher Workstation.

Monitoring Capabilities

Reliable Delivery of Voice Messages and Broadcasts

SIP device monitoring shows the availability of loudspeakers and intercom stations. Any unavailable device is immediately visible to the operator.

Rapid Identification of Trunk Failures

SIP trunk monitoring shows the availability of communication lines, enabling the operator to identify a failure and determine where it occurred.

High System Resilience

Server resource monitoring tracks CPU load, RAM usage and available disk space, allowing timely action before overload affects system operation.

Remote Server Diagnostics

Internal service monitoring shows the operating status of applications responsible for launching and managing notification queues.

Reliable Voice Traffic Transmission

Network configuration monitoring helps identify conditions that may affect audibility in the public address communication system. When the firewall is enabled, IP address monitoring helps maintain the availability of required services.

Suspicious Traffic Detection and Blocking

VoIP service log monitoring helps protect the IS-R server against intrusion attempts and unauthorized access.
