Dashboard

The main system screen displays key information about server operation in real time: device statistics, system process status, resource load, and network parameters. All data is presented as clear visual cards for quick monitoring of the voice notification system.

Devices

A section for managing all connected system devices, from loudspeakers to intercom stations and phones. The administrator can create new devices, assign numbers and parameters, monitor registration status, and configure call forwarding.

Zones

An interface for grouping devices into logical groups by territory or function. Zones enable simultaneous notification of all devices within a specific area, building, or workshop using a single command.

Schedule

A module for planning automated notifications with flexible start-time settings and selection of audio files, playlists, or internet radio. It supports both one-time broadcasts and recurring events configured through a visual interface or CRON commands.

Scenarios

A module for creating complex alert scenarios launched by calling a system number. Scenarios may include voice messages to devices, SMS distribution, Telegram notifications, and email messages. They are used for evacuation drills and emergency notification of responsible officials.

Audio Library

A centralized storage area for system audio files supporting WAV, MP3, and OGG formats. Pre-recorded evacuation messages, service announcements, and music content can be uploaded, previewed, and supplied with descriptions.

Radio Stations

A section for managing internet radio stations used for background audio and music programming. The interface allows HTTP and HTTPS streams to be added, tested before use, and selected as sources for scheduled broadcasts.

Video Call

A module for receiving audio and video calls from intercom devices. The operator receives a video signal and a two-way audio channel for real-time communication.

Notifications

A subsystem for real-time operator notifications about events, device status changes, and system messages. Flexible configuration is available for notification types and priorities.

A next-generation fully IP-based solution
IS-R software by InterTech Communication is an open-architecture Linux-based server platform that operates within the existing IT environment, including Ethernet, VPN, and VLAN networks, without requiring traditional audio amplifiers or redundant switching equipment. It eliminates the need for bulky analog hardware and complex cable systems typically associated with legacy solutions.
Unmatched scalability
The platform supports up to 10,000 IP devices per server and up to 1,000 software-configurable broadcast zones. Scaling does not require cable rerouting or complex reconfiguration, which is a critical advantage for design engineers working on large facilities.
Multi-level redundancy
IS-R supports hot standby for servers, audio channels, power supply, and network routes. The platform also supports automatic backups, RAID1, cold and hot redundancy, clusters, and SNMP monitoring.

Unified web-based management interface
The system and all connected devices are configured through a convenient web interface. This significantly simplifies configuration, reduces maintenance time, and lowers staff training requirements.
Multi-level monitoring and diagnostics
The IS-R server registers and monitors devices, diagnoses their status, maintains statistics, and keeps an event log. This improves reliability and simplifies fault detection. Each IP loudspeaker has its own communication line, enabling accurate diagnostics.
Open communication standards
Support for SIP and Multicast ensures compatibility with VoIP and other systems without vendor lock-in to proprietary formats, enabling straightforward integration into IT infrastructure.
REST API for integration
API integration with upper-level systems enables flexible deployment of integrated security systems.
SIP Trunk for telephony
