Dispatcher Workstation

The Dispatcher Workstation is designed for facilities where voice notification and evacuation procedures must be managed through a unified visual, event-driven and procedure-based interface rather than through isolated controls.

Operators are provided with far more than message-launch controls. The workstation delivers a complete operational picture, including alarm events from security systems, device status, audio and video calls from intercom devices and Emergency Communication Columns, equipment locations on the site map, an event and activity log, and step-by-step response instructions.

Unlike conventional voice alarm control panels, which are typically limited to zone selection and message activation, the Dispatcher Workstation transforms the system into a controlled evacuation coordination center. The operator can immediately identify where an event has occurred, which zones are affected, which devices are available, what actions must be taken and which messages must be broadcast first.

The solution is particularly valuable for public venues, industrial facilities, transport infrastructure, administrative complexes, educational institutions and healthcare facilities, where operator error or delays in launching an evacuation scenario may have serious consequences.
