Оформить заказL-R-TPT is a functional license designed to connect compatible third-party IP intercom devices to the IS-R server platform.
Unlike the L-RP license, which is used for InterTech Communication intercom devices, the L-R-TPT license is intended for third-party devices that need to be integrated into a unified system for communication, dispatching, emergency calls, and facility-level response.
The license is especially useful when upgrading facilities where SIP intercoms, IP door phones, and call panels are already installed. In this case, the customer can keep part of the existing equipment while centralizing call management, routing, events, and operator handling through the IS-R platform and the Dispatcher Operator Workstation.
The functionality of a third-party device depends on its model, supported protocols, codecs, and confirmed compatibility with the IS-R system. For critical emergency communication systems, voice alarm and evacuation systems, and Antiterror solutions, preliminary technical compatibility testing is recommended.

| Difference from L-RP | L-RP is used for InterTech Communication intercom devices; L-R-TPT is used for compatible third-party intercom devices |
| Limitations | Functionality depends on the third-party device model and confirmed compatibility |
The L-R-TPT license allows one compatible third-party IP intercom device to be added to the system and used as a communication endpoint.
The connected device can be used for voice interaction between a user and an operator, dispatcher, security post, or another responsible service, within the capabilities of the specific device model.
Calls from a third-party device can be routed to the Dispatcher Operator Workstation, an IP phone, a security post, an on-duty operator, or another call receiving point within the IS-R system.
Events from a third-party intercom device can be used in the system logic: displayed to the operator, recorded in the event log, used to initiate notifications, or trigger further response scenarios.
