L-EMM License

L-EMM is a functional license for connecting an e-mail server to the InterTech Communication digital public address, emergency communication, and dispatch system based on the IS-R server.

The license allows e-mail to be used as a notification channel for officials, administrators, operators, responsible personnel, and services in response to system events: alarms, failures, faults, scenario launches, equipment status changes, and other significant facility events.

L-EMM is not a standalone software product and is used only as part of an IS-R-based system with an active L-IS-R license.

L-EMM extends the IS-R platform by enabling automatic e-mail notifications triggered by system events.

For facilities with increased operational and safety requirements, it is important not only to activate voice notification but also to notify responsible personnel in a timely manner, including operations teams, duty engineers, system administrators, facility managers, security personnel, and IT departments.

The license allows notifications to be sent through the customer’s corporate e-mail server or another approved mail server. Notifications can be used for operational awareness, system status control, event documentation, and increased transparency of system operation.

The solution is especially relevant for industrial enterprises, transport infrastructure, administrative complexes, educational and medical facilities where event information must be delivered to responsible personnel regardless of whether they are at the operator workstation.
