FSP-WP 07-IP “Citizen-to-Police” is designed for locations where citizens must have a quick way to report an incident, request assistance or contact an on-duty service without using a mobile phone.

The column can be used in urban and facility security systems as a stationary emergency communication point. It helps reduce response time, provides address-based identification of the call location, and improves communication channel availability across the facility.

The user scenario is simple and clear: the enclosure includes a call button and visible “Citizen-to-Police” marking. Once the button is pressed, the call is routed to an operator, dispatcher, security post, police duty unit or other responsible workstation according to the system design logic.

FSP-WP 07-IP can be used as a standalone emergency communication point or as part of the complete InterTech Communication ecosystem.
