FSP-02V-IP (OB) is a dedicated outdoor emergency communication column for public spaces where fast assistance calls, visual verification of the call area, and reliable equipment operation under continuous use are required.

The model is particularly well suited for parks and open urban areas: the column is clearly visible, designed for stationary installation, and allows users to contact an operator, dispatcher, security post, EDDS center, or emergency response service without delay.

The device is equipped with a 4 MP HD video camera, enabling the operator to receive a voice call and visually assess the area around the column.

Voice communication is provided via SIP 2.0, with an integrated 10 W speaker and amplifier. This configuration makes the column a full emergency communication subscriber device within the facility IP infrastructure, not just a call button.

FSP-02V-IP (OB) can be used as a standalone emergency call column or as part of the complete InterTech Communication ecosystem.

Emergency Call in Public Spaces

The column is installed where a person may urgently need to contact response services: parks, sports facilities, city routes, transport hubs, embankments and other open areas. After activation, the call is routed to an operator or predefined response service.

Video Verification of the Call Location

The integrated IP video camera allows the operator to see the area around the column. This supports situation assessment, clarification of the call type, false-call detection and response coordination.

Voice Communication over SIP

SIP 2.0 support allows the column to be integrated into IP telephony, dispatch communication and digital emergency call systems. The device can operate within a centralized architecture with a server and operator workstation.

Communication Channel Redundancy

For facilities with higher communication availability requirements, a backup GSM channel can be provided. This is relevant for parks, remote areas and sites where the primary wired communication channel requires redundancy.
