RPS-09A is a stationary vandal-resistant emergency call terminal for System-112, emergency dispatch services, and Antiterror response scenarios. The user presses the call button, after which the device establishes a voice connection with an operator, dispatcher, emergency dispatch service, security post, or another predefined response service.

The model is especially suitable for Antiterror PA/VA systems because it provides a clear and accessible emergency communication channel at the facility: in public spaces, transport infrastructure, administrative buildings, industrial areas, educational institutions, parks, parking areas, or facilities with large numbers of people.

Ethernet PoE power simplifies installation, with data and power transmitted over a single cable. The painted steel enclosure, IP65 protection rating, and operating temperature range from -40°C to +65°C allow the device to be used outdoors and in challenging operating conditions.
