RPU-2 IP Emergency Call Device

RPU-2 IP is designed to provide addressable voice communication between a user and responsible facility services. Unlike single-button devices, the model enables two independent call scenarios within one enclosure.

This is especially relevant for facilities where requests must be immediately routed according to their purpose: emergency situation, technical fault, security call, dispatcher call, duty service communication, or response scenario launch.

The user selects the required button, after which RPU-2 IP establishes a voice connection with the assigned recipient. Depending on the project, the call may be routed to an operator workstation, security post, dispatch center, IP phone, emergency dispatch service, or another response service workplace.

Full-duplex support enables natural conversation. Echo cancellation improves speech intelligibility in noisy, reverberant, and outdoor environments.

PoE power simplifies installation by using a single Ethernet cable for both data and power. This reduces cable infrastructure requirements and is convenient for distributed facilities with a large number of call points.

RPU-2 IP can be used as a standalone intercom device or as part of the complete InterTech Communication ecosystem.
