RPW-20 Ceiling IP Loudspeaker

The RPW-20 is designed for broadcasting voice announcements, notifications, background music, promotional messages, and emergency alerts over IP networks. Its ceiling-mounted design allows seamless integration into interior spaces without the need for visible wall-mounted or external acoustic devices.

The RPW-20 is built on the unified InterTech Communication IP audio platform and features an integrated Class D digital amplifier. The loudspeaker delivers 15 W of acoustic power, providing uniform voice distribution and clear speech intelligibility in indoor environments. Device configuration is performed through a built-in web interface, while remote firmware updates simplify maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.

The loudspeaker supports Multicast technology for zone-based and group audio broadcasting as well as SIP 2.0 for integration with VoIP infrastructures and serverless communication architectures. When connected to the IS-R Public Address and Communication Server, the device can be used for live announcements, scheduled broadcasts, pre-recorded messages, warning tones, and emergency notifications.

The RPW-20 supports MP3 and WAV audio formats together with G.711, G.722, and Opus codecs. The Opus codec enables HD voice transmission up to 48 kHz, ensuring exceptional speech clarity for announcements and public address applications.
